Buffalo Chicken Wraps
- 4-5 Boneless Buffalo Chicken Strips
- 4-5 flour tortillas
- 4-5 large green lettuce leafs
- 21/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- *Blue cheese dressing
- *You can substitute the blue cheese with ranch!
Cook the boneless buffalo chicken strips as directed. Lay out tortillas and spread blue cheese dressing on tortillas, as much as you desire(*note:the more the messier). Lay 1 lettuce leaf on each tortilla on one side, not in the middle. Lay a chicken strip on top of the lettuce leaf, enough to fit from top to bottom. Then sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of the chicken, roll the flour tortillas over the filling and rolling to the end of the tortilla. Cut in sections, serve with a extra side of buffalo or blue cheese dressing.
