- 1 1/2 cups of cookie crumbs (can be chocolate or vanilla, even Chips Ahoy

- 1/3 of walnuts (or any kind of nuts)
- 1 1/3 butter (bars of half cup each)
- Cheesecake
- 3 (8oz) cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 5 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
For crust melt butter, and add to the other ingredients under crust listing, afterwards, you place this in your 9 inch pan(removable) For the cheesecake, mix everything well at room temp, and let the eggs to the end, then you mix in the egg yolks, and on a side, you whip the whites, till you form "soft picks", and don't forget after you have your egg whites, mix in to your cheesecake mixture, with an electric mixer, do not fold them in , mix them…… Bake 350 f, for about 50 to 60 min, or until center of cheesecake almost set, let it cool and refrigerate for at least 8 hrs, you can top it with canned cherries (generally used as a filling).
