Chicken & Pasta

  1. 6 boneless chicken breasts
  2. 2-3 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
  3. 6 slices of cooked ham
  4. mozzarella cheese
  5. 1-2 jars Ragu tomato sauce
  6. 2 eggs
  7. salt & pepper
  8. pasta – any type

Clean and skin the chicken. Dip chicken in eggs & seasoning and then roll in bread crumbs, making sure it's completely covered. Place chicken in a baking pan. Bake on 350 for ~ 30 minutes. Place a piece of ham and a piece of cheese on top of each piece of chicken and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes. Cook noodles and heat up sauce. When chicken is ready pour sauce over chicken and noodles. Italian bread sticks are great with this meal.
