1. Cucs and Onions
  1. 1 cup mayonnaise
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1/4 cup vinegar
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 4 cups sliced cucumbers
  6. 1 small onion (sliced thinly)

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and salt. Add cucumbers and onions; stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Yield: 6-8 servings.
