Cupcake Brownies

  1. 1 cup butter
  2. 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1 3/4 cups sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  6. 1 cup flour
  7. 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate; cool for 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar. Add vanilla and chocolate mixture; stir in flour and nuts. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350A F for 18-20 minutes or until brownies test done with a wooden pick. Cool.
