Danish Meat Balls

  1. 1 lb Hamburger
  2. 1/3 cup Catsup
  3. 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. 1/8 tsp Pepper
  6. 3-4 dashes Tabasco
  7. 1/2 Green pepper (minced fine)

  9. 3/4 cup Catsup
  10. 1/2 cup Water
  11. 1/4 cup Cider vinegar
  12. 3 Tbsp Brown sugar
  13. 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  14. 1 t Pepper
  15. 3-4 dashes Tabasco
  16. 2 tsp Soy sauce
  17. 2 tsp Sugar

Mix well and form into balls the size of walnuts. Cook over low heat until done but not brown. Danish meat ball sauce: Simmer approximately 20 minutes. Pour over meat balls.
