Dunkadelic Double Cheeseburger
- 7 oz. ground beef
- 1 oz. ground pork
- Sprinkle of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- 2 oz. cheese (cheddar and swiss)
- 3 oz. bacon (3 slices of cooked bacon)
- 2 oz. sauteed onions
- 1-2 oz. garlic mayonnaise (garlic powder with mayonnaise)
- Lettuce, tomato, and pickle
- 95g sesame-seed bun
Mix 7 oz. ground beef and 1 oz. ground pork. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder to burger mix to make (1) 8 oz. burger. Cook burger to your liking. Top burger with 2 slices of cheese (cheddar and swiss), 3 slices of bacon, and sauteed onions. Spread garlic mayonnaise on toasted sesame-seed bun. Serve with garlic fries, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. Also serve with ketchup and extra garlic mayonnaise for burger or fries. Serves 1.
