Easy Apple Orange Crisp

  1. 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
  2. 1/4 cup orange juice
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 3/4 cup flour
  5. 1 /2 tsp cinnamon
  6. 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  7. 1 stick butter or margarine

Place apples in a greased 9 inch pie plate. Drizzle with the orange juice. Combine flour, sugar and spices. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake in a 375F oven about 45 minutes or apples tender and topping is crisp. Serve warm or room temperature with ice cream. Yield 6 servings
