Fat-Free Thousand Island Dressing

  3. 1/3 cup celery — chopped fine
  4. 1/4 cup bell peppers — chopped fine
  5. 1/4 cup onions — chopped fine
  6. 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  7. 1/4 cup chili sauce
  8. 1 tsp paprika
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 2 egg whites — hard cooked
  11. hard cooked and quartered

Place steel blade in work bowl. Add celery, bell peppers, and onions. Process with on/off pulses until finely chopped. Add mayonnaise, chili sauce, paprika, salt, and egg whites. Process just until mixed.
