Helen's German Pancakes

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  3. 2 large eggs
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 3/4 cup milk
  6. water to right consistency

Throw everything except water in processor. Pulse a couple of times to mix. Add water til mixture is fairly runny. Let rest 15 to 30 minutes. Make crepes as usual. This is great with a filling of cottage cheese and strawberries or jam.
