Holiday Rich Cake
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
Mix all the above together by hand. Grease pan. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes in 9×13 pan.
Frosting
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Beat all together. All the above should be room temp. Frost cake while warm, not hot. Sprinkle with walnuts.
