Barbecue Pork

  1. 1 lb. boneless pork rib meat
  2. 1 bottle of Barbecue sauce (I use honey Barbecue sauce.)
  3. 1 bottle of zesty Italian dressing.
  4. 1/2 cup of brown sugar (optional)

Combine all of these ingredients in a crock pot or a slow roast cooker. Cook on low for 2 hours then crank it up to high for the last 3 hours. Stir occasionally. When meat gets tender shred it up with a fork.

Best served on a roll/bun.

Recommended side dishes: Potato Salad, Fries, Shake 'n Bake potatoes,
