Orange and Spinach Salad

1. 3 Orange
2. 24 pieces Spinach leaf approx.
3. 1/4 cup Olive oil
4. 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
5. 2 Tbsp Honey
6. 1 Tbsp Mustard
7. 1/4 cup Pine nut
8. 1/4 cup Raisin

Peel oranges, cut into small pieces. Wash spinach leaf. Blend olive oil, rice vinegar, honey and mustard to make salad dressing. Mix orange, pine nut, raisin and salad dressing in a large bowl. Lay spinach leaf on a plate, the put salad on top.
