Party Potatoes

1. 8 to 9 good-sized potatoes (cooked)
2. 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3. 1 cup sour cream
4. 1 tsp. garlic salt
5. 1/2 to 1 stick butter
6. Grated cheese

Slice potatoes and combine with the rest of ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Can do it this way too. Mash potatoes and add the other ingreients. Put in a buttered 9×13" casserole dish (or divide into separate casseroles to freeze). Do with butter and sprinkle with chives and paprika. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. May be prepared 24 hours ahead.
