I am not a Grill cooker by any means. The only cut of steak I drool for is a ribeye. I cut up cloves of garlic maybe 5/6 pieces a steak, make a slight cut in steak and slip in garlic. I place the steaks in a bowl and pour pepsi into the bowl. You can marinate as long as you like, I usually do 30 mins to 1 hour, if I am lucky. Note–do not pour directly onto garlic, the carbonation forces the garlic out of the holes. Grill per your choice. Serve with a Caesear salad bag mix and pull potatoes from Microwave and texas toast from toaster, then you are set to go. We have thrown this meal together in an hour easy–From coals to the table.
