Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches
- 1 pound round steak – sliced thin
- (I use whatever cut of meat is on sale that week)
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced green peppers (you can substitute green onions if you prefer)
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can beef broth
- white American cheese or Swiss cheese
Brown meat in skillet. Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms and saute until veggies are soft. Place remaining ingredients into slow cooker. Add meat and veggie mixture. Cook on medium heat for 5 hours or until meat is tender.
Place some of meat on hoagie rolls. Top with white American cheese or Swiss cheese. Enjoy!
