Sauteed Asparagus And Mushrooms
- 1-2 lbs asparagus
- olive oil enough to coat bottom of the pan
- 12 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 4oz can sliced mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
- sliced onions to taste
- 2 dashes of Italian seasoning
Heat oil add onions; cook for 3 min then add garlic. Cook another min. Add asparagus and seasonings. Cook for 15mins. Add mushrooms cook an additional 5-7 mins. And serve
