Sauteed Asparagus And Mushrooms

  1. 1-2 lbs asparagus
  2. olive oil enough to coat bottom of the pan
  3. 12 Tbsp minced garlic
  4. 1 4oz can sliced mushrooms
  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. sliced onions to taste
  7. 2 dashes of Italian seasoning

Heat oil add onions; cook for 3 min then add garlic. Cook another min. Add asparagus and seasonings. Cook for 15mins. Add mushrooms cook an additional 5-7 mins. And serve
