Spinach Dip

  1. 16 ounces sour cream
  2. 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  3. 1 package Knorr vegetable soup
  4. 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
  5. 1 package frozen chopped spinach (square box), thawed and drained very
  6. well
  7. 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Mix together all ingredients. Let set overnight or at least 4 hours. Can be served in hollowed out loaf of bread or head of cabbage. Serve with crackers and/or carrots and celery.
