Steamed Red Bean Pudding

  1. 160 g Rice flour
  2. 40 g Red bean (adzuki)
  3. 3/4 cup Warm water
  4. 2 1/4 cup Hot water
  5. 2 packs Sweetener

Soak red beans for 1 hour. Rinse and drain. Sieve flour and mix with warm water. Dissolve sweetener in hot water, stir well. Add rice flour mixture and red beans, mix well. Pour the red bean mixture into small bowls, cover with cling wrap. Steam for 15 minutes.
