Stuffed Shells

  1. 1 small container ricotta cheese
  2. 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1 Tbsp minced parsley
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Handful grated Mozzarella cheese
  6. 1 egg 2 eggs if extra moisture is needed
  7. Shells prepared as directed on the package.
  8. Spaghetti sauce either homemade or from a jar.
  9. Extra Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese for on top of the shells

Mix all of the stuffing ingredients together and stuff the prepared shells. Place the shells in a baking dish, cover with the sauce then sprinkle the extra cheese over the shells. Bake 350: for about 45 minutes. Jan
