Stuffed Shells
- 1 small container ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp minced parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Handful grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg 2 eggs if extra moisture is needed
- Shells prepared as directed on the package.
- Spaghetti sauce either homemade or from a jar.
- Extra Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese for on top of the shells
Mix all of the stuffing ingredients together and stuff the prepared shells. Place the shells in a baking dish, cover with the sauce then sprinkle the extra cheese over the shells. Bake 350: for about 45 minutes. Jan
