Subject: Tomato Pasta

  1. 5 med or 4 lg tomatoes, chopped in cubes (the riper & juicier the better)
  2. 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
  3. 2 Tbsp dried basil or 4 Tbsp fresh
  4. 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  5. 1/2 tsp. salt
  6. dash of black pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  8. 1/2 lb. mozzarella, chopped in small cubes
  9. Enough cooked spagetti to make a good mix (about 1 lb of dried)
