Impossible Pumpkin Pie

  1. 3/4 cup sugar
  2. 1/2 cup Bisquick
  3. 1 can evaporated milk
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 can (15 or 16 oz.) pumpkin
  6. 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  7. 2 teaspoons vanilla
  8. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with a hand beater. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. I always use a 10 inch pie pan. Enjoy!!
