Green Beans With Ginger And Garlic

  1. about 1 pound of fresh green beans, left whole or halved
  2. 2 or 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  3. about 1 Tbsp or to taste, fresh ginger, chopped fine
  4. Olive oil – about 2 TBSP more or less

Add the olive oil to a large frying pan and add the garlic and ginger-saute over low heat for a few minutes, stirring so that the garlic does not burn. Add the green beans and cook over low-medium heat until desired tenderness, stirring them around every few minutes. I like our beans still crunchy. Jan
