Subject: Tomato Pasta
- 5 med or 4 lg tomatoes, chopped in cubes (the riper & juicier the better)
- 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp dried basil or 4 Tbsp fresh
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 lb. mozzarella, chopped in small cubes
- Enough cooked spagetti to make a good mix (about 1 lb of dried)
