Mish-Mash with Ground Beef, Rice, Tomato, Peppers, etc (low sodium)

  1. 1 lb lean ground beef
  2. 2 large sweet onions chopped
  3. 1/2 green pepper chopped
  4. 1/2 cup chopped celery
  5. 1 cup uncooked rice
  6. 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes with juice (watch sodium content)
  7. 1 tsp "No-Salt"
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  9. 4 Tbsp Ketchup

Saute beef and onion till onion cooked, then add other ingredients, Cover and simmer 1/2 hr, stirring occasionally, till rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed
