Zingy Zucchini And Tomato Soup
- 8 medium zucchini
- 10 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- dessertspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup worchestshire sauce
- 4 chicken stock cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
- teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4cup fresh roemary, oregano, basil
- water
Slice zucchini, tomatoes and onion place in large stock pot add other ingredients and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 40-50 minutes. Puree with a Bamix whizz or equivelent.
