STRAWBERRY MUFFINS

1. 2 cups flour
2. 1/2 cup sugar
3. 1 teaspoon baking powder
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
6. 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
7. 2 eggs
8. 1/2 cup orange juice
9. 1 stick butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400F degrees. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add strawberries and stir to coat, being careful not to squish the berries too much. In small bowl, beat eggs. Add orange juice and butter. Add to strawberry mixture and stir until completely blended. Fill greased muffin tins until mostly full and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and a knife comes out clean from the center.
