Avocado Milk Shake

Avocado one of the mineral rich fruit.

  1. avocado 1
  2. 1/4 cup dates, chopped (as per u r wish)
  3. 20 almond (skin removed )
  4. 20 cashew
  5. 2-3 glasses (500-700ml) milk
  6. 6 teaspoon sugar – (to u r taste)

Blend the avocado flesh to a fine paste . Add milk , sugar and blend it. Add dates and nuts . Serve it .
