Avocado Milk Shake
Avocado one of the mineral rich fruit.
- avocado 1
- 1/4 cup dates, chopped (as per u r wish)
- 20 almond (skin removed )
- 20 cashew
- 2-3 glasses (500-700ml) milk
- 6 teaspoon sugar – (to u r taste)
Blend the avocado flesh to a fine paste . Add milk , sugar and blend it. Add dates and nuts . Serve it .
