Beef Tikka

  1. 1 1/2 lbs. beef, cubed
  2. 2 Tbsp unripe papaya ( ground )
  3. 1/2 tsp. ginger paste
  4. 1/2 tsp. garlic paste
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. 2 Tbsp yogurt
  7. 1 tsp. chili powder
  8. 2 green chilies, chopped

Mix together all the spices and yogurt and papaya and coat the beef cubes with it. Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight. Then barbeque over charcoal.
