Baked Asparagus
- Try different varieties of olive oil, such as roasted garlic, or basil
- olive oil. You can also add garlic (fresh, minced in jar or garlic
- powder).
- 2 lbs. asparagus
- extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
- 2 lemons
- 1 lime
Place asparagus in baking pan or dish. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus (amount to liking) Add salt and pepper to taste. Spritz it with fresh lemon and lime juice. Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of asparagus. Bake at 375 F, for about 12 minutes or until fork tender. Serve with lemon wedges.
