Pecan Clusters

  1. 1/2 cup sugar
  2. 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  3. 1 Tbsp corn syrup
  4. 6 oz chocolate chips
  5. 1 cup of pecans

In a heavy duty saucepan cook and stir sugar, milk, cornsyrup. Cook over medium heat until mixtures boils and is bubbly. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chips until melted. Stir in pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased wax paper. Chill until set. Yield about 24 pieces.
