Angel Hair Pasta With Crab & Herb Sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 (28 ounce) can whole plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (12 ounce) package angel hair Pasta, uncooked
- 2 (6 oz) cans good crabmeat, drained
In large skillet, over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion; cook until soft about 2 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add wine and seasonings. heat to boiling; Cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes with juice; return to boiling. Cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally. meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. Toss hot pasta with sauce and crabmeat and serve immediately.
