Coffee Smoothie
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tub single-serving vanilla yogurt
- 1 shot espresso
- 4 cubes ice
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. You can also vary the recipe:
- – use low-fat (but sweetened) yogurt and skim milk
- – use 2 or 3 shots of espresso for a "red eye"
- – add 2 or 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup for a mocha
- – a dash of cinnamon or some maple syrup to mimic one of those
- incredibly overpriced "vanity" drinks from you-know-where
