Coffee Smoothie

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 1 tub single-serving vanilla yogurt
  3. 1 shot espresso
  4. 4 cubes ice

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. You can also vary the recipe:

  1. – use low-fat (but sweetened) yogurt and skim milk
  2. – use 2 or 3 shots of espresso for a "red eye"
  3. – add 2 or 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup for a mocha
  4. – a dash of cinnamon or some maple syrup to mimic one of those
  5. incredibly overpriced "vanity" drinks from you-know-where
