Danish Meat Balls
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1/3 cup Catsup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 3-4 dashes Tabasco
- 1/2 Green pepper (minced fine)

- 3/4 cup Catsup
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 t Pepper
- 3-4 dashes Tabasco
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
Mix well and form into balls the size of walnuts. Cook over low heat until done but not brown. Danish meat ball sauce: Simmer approximately 20 minutes. Pour over meat balls.
